You are calm, cool and collected. But that doesn’t mean you won’t run into a few bumps along the way. The Bright Lights is an expert at smoothing over these little details so you have just that little bit less to worry about when planning for your big day. This service includes referrals, vendor meetings, itinerary development, design advice, budget organizing… etc.

That big day – that big, important, wonderful day is coming and you’ve been on the ball every step of the way. From cake testing to the seating arrangements, you’ve done it all and now you deserve to simply enjoy the festivities. For your special day, The Bright Lights can help make sure all your hard work doesn’t go to waste.

We meet with you 3 – 4 weeks before the event to ensure that we understand the vision of your wedding. We create a day-of itinerary and a vendor contact list, as well as handle the distribution of payment to vendors.

The service also includes attendance of the wedding rehearsal to finalize the details of the ceremony (1 hour). On-site, The Bright Lights will oversee and help with set-up, personal items and we offer the use of our emergency kit (up to 12 hours).

This package is tailored to ensure that that you feel confident about the direction your big day is heading. This includes two 2-3 hour meetings where we work together to develop a plan, exchange ideas, lay out details and work on any questions or concerns that you may have.

A second, follow-up meeting is necessary to guarantee that your needs are being met and is also where we’ll make any adjustments if otherwise. We offer advice, support and honest feedback. With a meticulous, focused and thoughtful plan, you certainly won’t need to sweat the small stuff.

A little help goes a long way. Our partial wedding planning service includes budget management, vendor referrals and assistance with booking appointments. We also create a detailed timeline of your wedding day.

We will be there to organize the direction of the bridal party, ceremony and reception at the wedding rehearsal (1 hour). On your wedding day, we’ll help with set-up, as well as direct and supervise vendors and payment distribution. We’ll help orchestrate the flow of the event to make sure everything progresses without a hitch, and we’ll also be on-site for up to 12 hours.
