Inspiration // Natural Christmas Dinner Party p. I

It's that time of year! It's officially the first week of December, and Christmas and holiday parties are on our mind. We thought we'd share a few things that we've come across that inspire us and that can be easily used for those upcoming dinner parties. If you love DIYs, and love nature, this ones for you! Click on the picture to go to it's original link.

White and gold are still very popular this season! If you're tired of the gold, white and BRASS is huge. There's something about the muted color of the brass that gives it a bit more of an antique and vintage feel, but easily dresses up a tablescape. We love the white washed wood used as a runner and centrepiece. Then just add a touch of cinnamon. Not only will it smell good, but this look is quite easy to do, but it still looks intentional and ready for your guests!

We LOVE the small detailed touches of this one. A touch of gold, different levels for your candles, and a long natural runner. If you're doing something like this for your dinner party, the warm glow form the candles will help create a warm and intimate feel.

Who said simple had to be boring? Use different textures, it'll increase the look of the table. Don't forget to add a touch of flowers and greenery. It doesn't have to be a lot. Just enough to add some colour.

Simple, and natural. Add an extra touch to the party by creating a chandelier on top of your table. Whether you already have an existing one, or you need to make one. Take a wreath, some natural yarn and place it on top of that table!

The natural Christmas decor doesn't stop at the table, don't forget to add a few more touches in different areas of your home to tie it all together. What about this easy to make garland over your fireplace? I'm definitely going to be making one of these this Christmas!

To many of you who are starting to decorate your home for the Christmas holidays, we hope this helps inspire you! We'll have part II on next week!

Happy decorating! xx
